Policies

Please read & understand my cancellation/no show policies as they are strictly enforced.

  • If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. Please follow my cancellation/rescheduling policies as much as possible to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Arrive on time — If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show & you will be responsible for paying the full service cost. If you need to clean your lashes or use the restroom, come early.

  • Arrive makeup-free & with clean lashes. An up charge of $10 will be added to the service cost if this is not followed & I need to cleanse your lashes for you.

  • Must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  • Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment.

  • Remove contact lenses.

  • NO KIDS or extra guests.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully, as policies are strictly enforced.

  • If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service will be required to be paid before being able to rebook for future services. 100% of total appointment cost for a no show appointment

  • Not showing up for your scheduled appointment time will result in all future appointments being cancelled until 100% of the total cost of the missed service has been paid in full.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show & you will be charged 100% of the full service cost. If you need to clean your lashes or use the restroom, please come early.
